take well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
