Hello Doctor's, My son is 2years 2 month old. I don't know why he used to hit everyone out there. He plays with other children's also. He hits me, my husband, and his grandmother also. What is this behavior? Why he is doing this? I am extremely worried. Please help me.

try to give more time to your child.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
