Hello Doctor Please suggest suitable biscuit brands for my 7-month-old baby. As we have been providing liquid food, but my baby seems to be interested in munching on biscuits as well. Could you please recommend some safe and appropriate biscuit brands for a baby of this age.

Biscuits in this age are not healthy to be given a loaded with sugar palm oil and a lot of refined plants it’s not good if you want to give something to the child generally then either you go for customised cookies where you can use ragi Suji or any such healthy flower with dates as sweetener and no oil you can still use Desi ghee and butter in them
