Q.

Hello doctor, our child didn't start to go to the toilet and potty in the bathroom. we are not making her wear diapers full day whenever we go outside or we make her wear them at night. Due to this she becomes wet again & again & we are also facing trouble to change it again & again. we tried many times by taking her into the toilet but she plays but she doesn't even pass urine our child is 2 year 3m old.

A. this is just a habit in your child which can be changed. you can either divert the child or you can talk with the child to change the habit. many times by regular negative feedbackx mechanism you will be able to change the habit of the child. keep the child busy in somethingx more interesting as well as helpful for overall child development you can take help of your pediatrician .

Q. My daughter is 3 years 9 months old now. She goes for toilet in diapers or bathroom. However for potty she goes in only diapers and refuses to do it in the bathroom. She hates it doing it in the bathroom as she can see the poop I think. We tried showing her a lot of potty training videos and tried reward approach as well.
