Hello doctor My son is 4.8 yr Since last 4 days he is suffering with fever. His appetite is completely gone as he is not eating at all n saying NO to everything. Azithral, histafree calpol250 is recommended n also zincovit cl But everytime after having zincovit he vomit it out. What should i do to make him eat.

A. hi fever for more than 3 days indicates infection so its advisable to visit your pediatrician please offer few sips of water and other fluids like coconut water , soup etc
