Hello doctor, My son is 3 months 21 days old and he is having dandruff in his scalp. Is it serious or will go by massaging with oil before every bathing session.

massage with coconut oil or homemade desi ghee twice or thrice a day.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Maintain hydration
