hello doctor my son is 10 months old..he frequently suffers frm cold..what is the reason behind it..how to overcome..can I give him ragi porridge during cold..any food restrictions ?

A. Hello, recurrent cough and cold is indication of poor immunity and hygine.. or can be allergy, u can gi ve ragi porridge.. not to worry about it. all the best
