Hello Doctor, my son at his 3rd month onwards he use to have dryness..after applying moisturizer he is not having any kind of redness or dryness....but once at his 1 and half year while visting to new place that change of water causing red patches on his body....but once taking a bath on purified water suits him...now my question is when his body will start to resist all kind of water kindly reply me
