Hello Doctor... My nephew is 1 month old and the vaccine he had at birth has become big like a heat boil what to do will it be painful for him? Do we need to consult a pediatric?

Puss could be building inside of it it is usually seen after a BCG vaccination it is going to burst out so it is better to check with your doctor one time they will be able to help you with proper ointment to apply and also help in cleaning this infection
