I had given bcg vaccine to my baby when he was born but that one big boil comes after few days it doesn't appear yet boil has not come yet what to do?

A. its okay if bcg abbses formation wont take place. so that it dosent mean vaccine is ineffective. do mot worry about it much, furtger give all vaccine on time
