Hello doctor my kid is 2.5 yrs old he has fever from yesterday midnight I gave him paracetamol, fever reduces after the the dose but again temperature increases after 3 to 4 hrs, climate at my place is full cold and also raining continuously, should I go to doctor directly or can wait for another day and go ? please advice doctor also I had cold and fever yesterday but today I'm feeling better
