Hello doctor my kid is 2.5 yrs old he has fever from yesterday midnight I gave him paracetamol, fever reduces after the the dose but again temperature increases after 3 to 4 hrs, climate at my place is full cold and also raining continuously, should I go to doctor directly or can wait for another day and go ? please advice doctor also I had cold and fever yesterday but today I'm feeling better

A. you can wait for two days and if it is not improving even after that then kindly meet your doctor for examination and till that time you can give paracetamol to the child
