Q.

"Hello Doctor, my elder daughter’s baby has a confirmed SRD5A3 gene mutation. So for my younger daughter, we were advised to do genetic testing. We have already done amniocentesis, and the karyotyping and microarray reports have come. I just wanted to confirm if these tests are enough to rule out the SRD5A3 mutation, or should we do additional gene testing?"

A. Mam I think it would be good for you to get an additional test also done for your child because you need to be hundred percent sure about the current situation and for your child if you need to be more certain about it then it’s better to get all the necessary test done
