hello doctor my delivery was c-section it's almost 9months completed I didn't use belt after my delivery can I use the belt now to reduce my pregnancy belly does it really work to reduce my tummy please reply

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquidsg and give proper breastdfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

There is a misconception age people aware they feel that the tummy is going to reduce down by using any kind of bad see it is not for reducing down the Tamil basically when you start using it in the beginning it keeps your tummy in place so that it does not start sagging that is the purpose now it is of no useWrite Your Answer Here
