Hello doctor,my child is turning 5 now she is not gaining weight at all can you suggest to me any medicine actually she is not taking any vegetables and fruits please suggest me to gain weight she is near to 14 kg

if she is active nothing to wirry much about it.
give her well balanced diet and allow some physical activities outdoors
