hello doctor my child is 7 months old he hitching his left side eyes with hand shown red colour in his eyes please suggest what we do

I would recommend you to clean the eyes regularly with normal water to cold water that is meant to help because maybe there is some irritation into the eyes so try to clean the eyes properly every two hours this way within 24 hours you do not see any betterment please consult your paediatric
