A. immunity boost is not a one medicine wonder. immunity boost should be natural and for a baby starts from birth with breast milk being the best source of natural antibodies from mother Vaccination at proper timing as per vaccine chart should be done for immunity against infections. Any type of health drink like horlicks bournvita Milo boost etc is not going to help if  daily nutrition is poor. Health drinks have lots of sugar and just flavour and should not b given at all to baby less than 2 yrs of age.
