Hello Doctor, My baby is pooping for 2 times a day and she is also getting teeth on upper jaw as well as lower jaw, is this because of that reason kindly advice...

A. hello ma'am it might be because of teething because during this phase kids tend to put everything in mouth leading to stomach infections please keep the kids surroundings clean and keep washhing the hands of baby after short intervals

Keep in mind, diarrhea can be a sign of a more serious infection so contact your infant's pediatrician if the stool becomes watery, because your infant could be at risk for dehydration.
