hello doctor my baby is 8 month old ...can we gave a betroot and carrot soup...with little salt and ghee ????

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes you can give soup but it is good to avoid salt. You can add a pinch of ghee. Always avoid salt and sugar until Baby completes one year which is very good for the baby. Avoid honey and citric fruits also until baby completes one year. After that you can start with the rocksalt that with a pinch of it. And instead of sugar you can use honey and jaggery.Write Your Answer Here
