A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, catom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, brown rice, fennel seeds, eggs, chicken, dry fruits and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. Breast pump does not help in increasing the supply if it is not being made from body. Therefore, eating healthy and fresh food is important.
