Hello Doctor, My 10 month old baby girl eyes swallows all the time specially after wake up of her nap time. Is this a diabetic symptoms or what? Please suggest, why it is all the time? She takes only ceralac & fruits which are sweet. Rest salty items, she refuse to take. Need your valuable suggestions and advice, please.

A. Cold Pack. Apply ice or a cold pack wrapped in a clean, wet washcloth to the eye for 15 to 20 minutes at a time to decrease eyelid swelling and pain.
