hello Doctor mera baccha abhi 28 din ka h wo 3 din se jitti bar bhi gas pas krta h utti bar thoda thoda yellowish colour ka water jaise kuch aa jata h. abhi notice kiya uske potty ki jgh se sirf yellowish water nikla kya ye normal h ? ya koi dikkat ki bat h

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it's common in newborn, mother should have healthy diet. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas Practicing tummy time will help. keep bottom area clean n dry.
