A. I can only recommend you to go for workout and diet both the things when are done together you will definitely get good results that you’re looking for also if you’re not feeding Mom you can definitely try doing intermittent fasting

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance
