hi... Mera waight bahot jyada ho gaya age 27 and waight 60 ho geya after Baby birth . please suggest diet list ...thank you

A. yes you start doing some exercises for losing weight Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

U Can do intermittent fasting if you want to see diet can only be suggested to you after knowing all about you as to what is your weight exactly and how much bone weight is there how much do I need to reduce and according to that a dietician can make a chart for you where in with me I can only tell you that intermittent fasting is a good option to go for to lose on your weight
