hello doctor.. It has been 10 months for my C-section and tubectomy.. from past 3 months my tummy fat has started growing.. how can I reduce it..

Will have to go ahead with a proper diet alteration that’s what is going to help me in reduction of your weight and any kind of exercising after consulting the doctor because with C-section have to be very particular in terms of exercising you choose and diet only if you have quit breastfeeding
