Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies or Infection so please visit your pediatrician for once give soft food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc give more and more breastfeeds keep your child well hydrated
