it indicates Fungal Infection or stomach upset or nutritional deficiencies.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to offer green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
keep your child well hydrated
clean your child tounge twice in a day.
use any good toungue cleaner like Babyhug toungue cleaner for this.
avoid giving sticky food items.
