hello doctor my kids have got red rashes in their toung which medicine can i give please tell me

See First you have to make sure I did you simply rashes or they are blisters or something accordingly any medicine can we advise as of now if you want you can apply dologel on to that area so that you know slowly gradually these blisters are going to settle down
