Hello Doctor, I'm mother of 2 kids and second baby is 11 months years old now. I have postpartum belly and my belly button little popped out and it looks weird. now I'm going to start workout for Diastasis recti and postpartum weight loss. if I will do exercise for Diastasis recti, belly button will go to normal position? can i do abdomen exercises while having Diastasis recti ? or should I do after recovered from that? kindly guide me.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 11 months old and if you are having a puffy umbilical button then it’s called a umbilical hernia then you should reduce your weight and consult with surgeon
