Q.

Hello doctor .. I lost all my postpartum weight... and now I have normal weight .my heights is 5.7 and weight 64 Kg by walking and good homemade food I lost all the weight .. even I had back pain that also recovering..from past 3 days due to rain I started jogging now back is paining?? so which excerise is good during rainy season to maintain same weight and health????

A. Hello this may be due to the cold weather . you can do back strengthening exercises like bridging(setubandhasan), bhujangasan, cat cow pose, dhanurasan. you can increase calcium rich foods in your diet. add vitamin D3 supplement with drs advice
