Hello Doctor, I have been taking Lactare capsules for the past 4 weeks to increase my breast milk supply. I would like to know whether it is safe to continue taking Lactare capsules for another 8 weeks (12 weeks in total). Are there any side effects or risks associated with prolonged use, either for me or my baby? Would you recommend continuing the capsules or stopping them after 4 weeks? Please advise.

You can take it for 8 to 12 weeks easily and they do not have side effects but yes as a parent if you have a doubt in your mind associated with taking the lactation supplements then you can confirm with your doctor before you continue with it more than four weeks
