My baby girl is 3 months old

I have been taking Lactare capsules for the past 4 weeks to increase my breast milk supply.

I would like to know whether it is safe to continue taking Lactare capsules for another 8 weeks (12 weeks in total).

Are there any side effects or risks associated with prolonged use, either for me or my baby? Would you recommend continuing the capsules or stopping them after 4 weeks?

No they are safe do you can continue taking them for another two weeks no harm and drink atleast two to three litres of water in a day and eat a nutritious and well balanced diet take care

hi doctor i am new mom of 18 days old daughter when my daughter was born ear is lite black colour all are say when your daughter is growing up its get dark skin bt I am fair my 1 st  daughter also fair..it's true or not born baby ear colour is a real colour or not
