Hello doctor. I had normal delivery it's almost 6 almost I still have tail bone pain and my weight is increasing rapidly. please help

A. Hi You need to practice yogasan for back pain. Add more protein rich foods like skim milk, low fat paneer. Dal's, egg whites Try to walk daily for 45 minutes Sleep well & stay hydrated
