hello doctor... I had c section delivery in January 2021. I haven't got any period till now is it normal or not

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes its ok.ude a good contraception.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Yes this is normal. Breastfeeding mothers get periods late and as late as one year Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. It is normal. Take care
