hi doctor,my last period is January 8 but again January 25 bleeding started is it normal ? January 8 period was my first period after delivery

A. yes its ok. once in a while due to stresss etc you can have such issue's and thays normal. try to focus and observe, if it happen again you need see doc

A. Hi Mom It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes No need to worry Take a good care Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Do abdominal stretching exercise Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
