hello doctor, I had 3 fibroids and those were removed and started IVF treatment but I have echoginic uterus. everytime it is getting thickened. on 2nd cycle of IVF I got positive but after 2 months it got aborted. is it possible to get pregnant and baby can survive in the womb? with echoginic uterus? kindly advise.
