Hello Doctor, I am mom of 6 months old son, wanted to regain my breastmilk which has dropped drastically. What to do to increase my breastmilk?

A. avoid stress, It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take shatavari powder. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday

A. hi low milk supply is caused by poor latching, genetics or stress. so , please avoid taking stress. offer plenty of breastfeeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this. make sure your child latches properly.
