After 3.5 month baby, suddenly milk supply is going down drastically. what are the reasons and what to do to regain milk supply?

A. This mostly happens when a mother Dasam dietary alterations because these days of a lot of women want to lose their weight as quickly as they deliver the child they just want to get back in shape so they do have lot of dietary alterations that is the reason
