RukhsanaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. 1.Roast suji little and add crushed/powder of dry fruits (coconut, almonds, cashews, etc) into it and store in air tight container into fridge..
Now add this powder into a boiled milk and add sugar/jaggery/honey into it and cook for a minute and have it 2 times a day..
2. Add Cumin in your diet..

Vinaya jainMom of a 3 yr 11 m old girl2 years agoA. hi I will suggest u there so many lactation food item like ajwain is main in lactation, dryfruit ladoos, boiled dill seeds water, dill leaves sabji, whatever food u take make it all with ghee u will have good amount of milk.
