hello doctor I am 37 years old and I did not get periods this month and I checked pregnancy test also I am not pregnant. I get periods regularly can you suggest me what precautions to take. thank you

A. My baby is 2.6yrs old. she is suffering from cough and cold. Is it normal to loss weight and loss of appetite for this reason? she loss 250gm weight due to cough and cold and loss of appetite.
