Q.
still I did not get my period it's has been 10 days .I have checked pregnancy test but negative.so pls can u suggest any tablet to get periods fast .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there can be some other reasons like hormonal imbalance not getting periods Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

Hi mommy mommy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
