hello doctor... I am 27 year old..I have a twins baby both are 3 year running...I got periods..but anytime I got periods.. period becomeing heavy flow....I am so tried always...din me 4-5 bar change Karna padata hai....plz suggest some tips..and suggest best sanitary pads

A. well irs good that u got the period ok but if u feel thete is pain or too much bleed then bettr yo go n show yo a doctor newr u
