I got period on 27 Jan..till now I did not get any periods ..shall I confirm it..my pregnancy is confirmed

Hi Without UPT or blood test or sonography how can you confirm that you are pregnant women do not get their periods due to hormonal changes in the body and a lot of times due to some other issues it is not necessarily pregnancy so if you want to be sure go ahead with any kind of test first then you can be sure about it
