Hello Doctor garu my son aged 2yr5months he is not yet able to speak, he only speaks Amma, he will understand things and instructions.kindly give me a suggestion

A. some babies may not be speaking properly they will have expressive aphasia please interact more with the baby take the help of speech therapist also even you can consult your local doctor
