#asktheexperts hello doctor my daughter is 2 years old and she is still unable to talk properly she speak words like mummy papa Amma baba . she is very active and able to understand things but is not able to pronounce things and words. please doctor guide me.

It’s okay you can give it six more months a child is going to eventually pick up onto its speed over the period so currently you don’t have anything to be worried about further you should just communicate more get some boat books/toys play with those things with your child to teach better and if needed consult your doctor by the age of 2 1/2 years if you don’t see speech happening
