Q.

my toddler is now 2 years 3 months old but he only speaks mumma abba amma only.. he doesn't want to try to talk.. he listens and understand everything but can't speak.. please give me suggestions how can i overcome this situation and make him speak

A. proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 2 years of age. there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child. also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development. the most important thing is that before speech understanding of the commancds given by the parents should be present. by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor requixrement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor

A. doesn't try talking baby will keep encouraging the baby to speak more and more break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle same age groups
