Hello doctor, can I feed water to my 5 months old baby? if NO then please tell us the reason for it. thanks

A. Your breast feeding have water as well abd I formula milk then it is prepared in water only so once baby is six months you can start giving water to the vaby

A. Healthy newborns get all the water they need from breast milk and/or formula, even when it's hot outside. They do not need extra water. Giving a young baby water can decrease his/her appetite and prevent the baby from getting the nutrients needed from breast milk or formula.
