Hello doctor, can I feed water to my 5 months old baby? if NO then please tell us the reason for it. thanks

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Your breast feeding have water as well abd I formula milk then it is prepared in water only so once baby is six months you can start giving water to the vaby

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Healthy newborns get all the water they need from breast milk and/or formula, even when it's hot outside. They do not need extra water. Giving a young baby water can decrease his/her appetite and prevent the baby from getting the nutrients needed from breast milk or formula.
