Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. better to take paracetamol only further about this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination
