Q.

I have severe back pain after postpartum ... after a month I have developed ... am not able to suddenly get up and lift my baby... and I couldn't do much work..

A. if you are having severe back pain after your delivery so just take proper diet and do proper rest for yourself gradually you can start with some back exercises consult your doctor for guidance
