and as I am new mother my baby is one month old my body is still in pain I am feeling pain in my back lower back and hip portion upper hip portion still I am feeling difficulties in walking but as a period of 1 month is past I wanted to recover faster can you please suggest what workout I should opt as a mother of 1 month child ( Normal Delivery)and improve workout as per time passes. I tried to find out through social media like YouTube insta but could not find the workout what should I opt JUST NOW to gain body strength and heal my mummy tummy.

A. Maam you can start doing basic yoga Surya Namaskar and all after completing the time of three months of your normal delivery it’s not advisable to hop on to exercising immediately after you deliver and specially after normal delivery also you have to wait for three months then you can go for it not intense but basic yoga you can do which would be good and please I would like to tell you never ever follow the guidelines on YouTube or Instagram without consulting the doctor because most of them are just misleading
