Q.

Hello doctor and mothers, My baby is 1 year 4 months old. He dosent like to drink water or juice. I try to give him water or juice he just splits out. if I force him he cry. I am very worried. He is active. Will it effect his urine output?

A. Yes having less liquids definitely impact the urine count do you dan try giving coconut water nimbu paani soups homemade juices rice kanji abd add honey in water or glucose in water

A. hi yes ,low intake of fluids can cause dehydration or concetratred urine . but if your child passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day ,no need to worry about it much. just give few sips of water at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours. or you can give soup ,lassi , nimbupani, coconut water, buttermilk etc but please don't force your child. be tricky . for example buy special kiddie bottle or cup or glass for example Babyhug sipper ,cup or glass
